Greg Oehler, publisher mentions some useful tips on keeping your dog safe in the summertime. You will also find some new and amazing products to help keep your dog cool, an article about dog agility (I'm already headed out to go buy Katie a hoop!), and a section on the importance of physical therapy for dogs. It's the perfect summertime issue for browsing at the beach. I'm off to the park with mine!

The Dog Diet

I read this book and enjoyed it thoroughly. It made me laugh and I remembered Katie's puppy days vividly. I loved Patti Lawson's style of writing. I recommend The Dog Diet to everyone who wants a great summer read. It's especially great for those of us who watch our calories and well, let's be honest...doesn't everyone? It's funny, smart and well written. You will enjoy it so just pick up a copy and definitely tell a friend about it. It's a book club style book that really warrants discussion.
